Heating application
For the oven

Place the pillow on a clean, dry plate.

Heat it at a maximum of 600 watts for 1 minute.

If you want more heat, continue heating it in 10-15 second increments.
Tip: Place a small glass of water in the microwave to protect the pillow from drying out.

Preheat your oven to 100°C (top and bottom heat).

Place the pillow on a baking sheet (preferably on baking paper) in the middle of the oven.

Warm for about 10 minutes.

Always check the temperature before use — the pillow should feel pleasantly warm, never hot.
